🛠️ Key Responsibilities

1. Digital & Social Media Management

• Plan and execute content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
• Create engaging social media content including posts, stories, and reels
• Track analytics and improve engagement through creative strategies

2. Strategic Communications

• Draft and design the monthly/quarterly newsletter for donors and stakeholders
• Write compelling copy for social media, website, and brochures
• Coordinate with the team to document student stories, case studies, and impact narratives

3. Partnership Building

• Initiate collaborations with other NGOs, government bodies, educational institutions, and community leaders
• Represent EduGet at relevant forums, events, or meetings
• Help formalize MoUs and partnership documentation

4. Campaigns & Fundraising

• Plan and execute digital campaigns for student enrolment and fundraising
• Support the leadership in donor communications, crowdfunding, and grant applications
• Design campaign creatives and short video testimonials

5. Multimedia Design & Editing

• Design graphics for social media, presentations, reports
• Edit videos for campaigns, student interviews, and program recaps
• Maintain EduGet’s visual brand across platforms

✅ Must-Have Skills & Attribute

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar)
• Strong storytelling & copywriting skills
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTub
• Basic video editing, reel making, and motion graphics
• Interest in journalism, field reporting, and authentic storytelling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• A proactive, collaborative, and mission-driven mindset

💼 Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, or Marketing
• Previous experience in the development sector, youth-focused NGOs, or education
• Photography or filmmaking skills are a plus
